About Warrior Equine & Jenn
Warrior Equine’s vision is to make an impact by creating a safe space for healing and community. For people to be heard and seen. Our vision is to provide a connection Back to The Original Design through awareness of the answers you already hold inside.
Our message is- The world will change when people replace anger with love.
This mission is a Move Toward Freedom. I am the example of moving forward from anger to love. I am speaking from lived experiences.
The mission is in service of exposing what holds us back and keeps us in the dark scope of anger, and moving to awareness of the answers that we hold, leading us to love, joy and freedom in our daily lives.
The movement I am creating is a ‘WE’ space. Where all people can come to unleash the power of the ‘WE’ community. A healing environment. To come from a place of response and let go of the reaction.
My people want more community.
My people want a place to go for deeper conversation.
My people want to be connected to who they are.
My people want more.
My people want to make an impact.
I am inviting people who are searching for this.
I am inviting people who are curious.
I want as many people in the conversation as possible.
My avenue to create this world is through Equine Gestalt. Why? Watch this video featuring my mentor, Melisa Pearce, CEO of Touched by a Horse
Gestalt and the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method
I am partnering with my horses to blow the lid off. Blow the lid off limiting beliefs that may not even be ours. Blow the lid off preconceived notions that there isn’t a chance to really get free and to live a joyful life. Carrying trauma is not a deficiency; it’s a part of being human. I am here to blow the lid off completely and keep it off. Healing is an act of love that Warrior Equine chooses to be a part of.
To show that you already have all the answers inside of you that you are searching for. The horses and I can help you find them. The answers are there. We find your answers through authentic connection.
The horses and I help those searching for happiness to find freedom so they can live the life they are Originally designed to live. Full of freedom, love, joy and resilience.
The horses and I collaborate guiding people to healing of their worst nightmares, their deepest pain. Things that have been eating them up inside and we dump it in the round pen so that they never have to pick it up again. So, they never have to experience it again. If they think about it there is no emotional charge to it. The horses and I create a safe space for clients to become empowered to release awareness of unfinished business that may be holding them back in life. Resulting in ignited joy and revived freedom. We do this through unconditional love.
Warrior Equine is deep processing, trauma informed and highly transformational.
My Story — My Why
The lighting struck my life before I took my first breath.
I didn’t feel the full power of that electric moment, however, until I was 16.
That day was the day I found out I was adopted.
My very strong intuition took over my senses and told me I was adopted. This was confirmed by a family member.
There it was, spilled all over the foundation of my life — the truth. It came with confusion, anger, hurt, loneliness and questions of who I was, where I fit and a path of searching all over the world for where the answers to all of my questions were. Who had the answers, were they for me or only other people?
I moved out at the age of 16. I made my way. I graduated high school, and a short year later, met my husband Jason, or Jake as we call him.
For Jake and I, it was instalove. It was both scary and everything I wanted at the same time. It was welcome and uncomfortable. Blessedly, Jake stayed in there with me even when I didn’t make it easy for him. We got married and started a family.
Over the next two decades, our life adventure took us through 15 different countries for Jake’s work. We lived in dangerous and beautiful places. When I look at this time of my life, I see how much we both accomplished and how good we both are as a team and at surviving.
I remember, at the time, looking around me and seeing that Jake and I were living really cool lives with really cool people, but I didn’t feel cool — I felt insecure and unsure. I remember often pondering what happiness meant. From the outside in we were happy,
but from the inside out, I wasn’t sure I was. I didn’t know what happiness was supposed to look like. I wondered what that moment of finding happiness would feel like — would I know it when I found it? Would it be an email or a letter that announced its arrival? Even then, could I trust it? Or was it a lie? Life had taught me not to trust.
Inside I was also still angry. I had a lot of unfinished business and it chewed at my soul on a regular basis. I knew I had a gift to give the world, and I was driven to share it — and I was also angry I couldn’t figure out how to do it. These wounds bled profusely on both me and those around me.
All this while, horses were coming in and out of my life. Like rainbows with a promise, they colored me with their hopeful radiance. They were a place I could go for freedom. I could tell them stories and they would listen. They loved me unconditionally. Jake understood my need to be with the horses, too. When we settled back in Canada as a home base, he insisted we get horses.
With that move back to a long-term home also came my desire to find a career where I could really improve the lives of others. I still wanted to share my impact with the world, but I still didn’t know how to do that.
I did know that I wanted to do something in the field of psychology and it had to have horses. I looked at a few other programs that fit both of those criteria, but they weren’t quite right for me. A little deeper digging and my path crossed with Melisa Pearce of Touched by a Horse. The moment I saw the Equine Gestalt program, I KNEW intuitively it was for me. It was elite and the most comprehensive in the industry. I was instantly impacted by Melisa, the founder of TBAH, being a core founder of the horse-human healing movement in the 80’s and an accomplished Multi World Champion horsewomen and breeder for over 30 years. I knew this gave her a deep understanding of horses and their nature and as a psychotherapist, coach and teacher for the equal amount of time an understanding of humans and our nature. I wanted more. I knew there were answers here.
Gestalt addresses the whole person — it sees no flaws in your design and holds you capable to solve your problems and reach your goals. It encompasses body, mind, and spirit as a synergistic trilogy. And when you add horses, you level up the entire experience!

At the beginning of my training, I still really didn’t know who I was entirely. (I was so nervous at my first few in person trainings I couldn’t see straight!) But Gestalt has a way of guiding you in the right direction. Slowly but surely, I began to release my unhealthy strategies — the ones that kept me living in doubt, anger, fear, and hesitation. At first, there was so much interference between who I came here to be and my actual experience, it took a while to sort through it all. As I did, Gestalt became a tool for me to use to help myself — and others — to embrace truth and become an open conduit to receiving unconditional love and abundance.
I’ve come to know people show love and protection in different ways and people receive love and protection in different ways. I have immense compassion for where you are coming from.
Gestalt is an empowerment — a superpower — that allows you to live a more free life — freer than you ever knew could exist.
If I could sit with my 16 year old self for a moment, I would show her she is loved from the inside out. I would show her she is worthy and she has everything she needs to get everything she wants in life. Everything beyond your wildest dreams is possible! Love, joy and freedom aren’t just for others they are for you — and they are limitless. I will sit with you and show you the same things about yourself. Join me in the round pen!
Meet the Horses
Meet our Equine Partners at El Rio Ranch AKA The Warriors of our hearts, the keepers of the keys.
There are millions of exchanges between horses and humans that cannot be seen with the human eye. The eye of the horse can see to places deep within us, and their hearts can reach places we ourselves do not know how to find. With their touch and presence they can heal us. This is a gift they are willing to share. A move toward wholeness that can drastically improve our lives. It’s a very powerful understanding that people are not broken, you have everything you need already inside of you, the horses and I guide you to these amazing awarenesses. The healing power of horses is something you really need to experience for yourself. This is where the healing happens.
You do not need horse experience to benefit from Equine Gestalt. If you do have horses, you may find the Equine Gestalt experience deepens your connection with your horses.
Blessed are those who hear the whispers from a horse’s heart.” — Melisa Pearce
Ruckus Guy aka ‘Simon’
Simon is the definition of loving. Three words to describe Simon are loving, soft and playful. He is always the first one to come to meet you. He comes with a carefree curious spirit. He is ready without question for whatever it is. Whatever it is he wants to be involved and close to you. Sharing a muzzle to nuzzle He is bright and joyful. He has a natural strength to meet you right where you are at. He is highly intelligent and has serious FOMO! He wants to be in it all.
“If you walk in joy, happiness is close behind!” — Simon
“Keep coming back for more! I will be here going with the flow.”-Simon
“There is no job too immense when you have confidence!” -Elvis

Royal Happenings aka ‘Elvis’
Elvis is wisdom. He is a teacher. He is a master healer. You are never guessing with Elvis. He offers you the truth every time. Like it or not, take it or leave it, truth is who he is. You will not get anything past him. There is a lesson to learn and he knows it before we do. He is focused. Elvis loves hugs. He closes his eyes and is in that exact moment with you. He calls for us every time we go out to feed the horses. You can count on his nicker. One thing I love most about Elvis is his offering of connection and playfulness. He loves when we rub his gums and will follow us in the pasture looking for it. He loves to strut his stuff and play bold with his herd mates.
Matts Bubba Blue aka ‘Vik’
Loving, soft and playful. He has a way of bringing you in for a hug. It’s the heart to heart kind of hug where you know you are completely safe in that hug. He will hold you there for as long as needed and then longer, so you really soften.
“Love without condition. Love is the strongest and always wins!”- Vik
“Slow down and let the people in your life know that you love them and that they are safe with you.”-Vik

Two Much Wisky Jack aka ‘Wisky”
The words to describe Wisky are sweet and sassy. She has a soft way of taking care of whoever is around her. She would like it to be her idea if at all possible however. Wisky is very aware of her surroundings. She is watching and aware of more. She has a way of bringing you into the exact moment you are in and will stand with you.
“I can see to places deep within you. I see the places that you can’t find or think are gone. They’re not. I see your wholeness. I see your perfect Original Design. Come a little closer.” — Wisky
Baileys Two Bucks aka Beaux
Beaux is stoic, strategic, thorough, and accurate. He is steady and loyal. He has a firm belief in reliability, truth, ability and strength. He draws you in with his stoicism and look of deep thought. He is seeing what is actually there. Seeing what is on the other side of choosing to let go of what no longer serves us.
“Let go. I can see it. I see the goodness inside of you. Borrow my faith if you need to. Soon you will stand strong and free and see what I have seen all along. ”– Beaux
The horse knows. He knows if you know. He also knows if you don’t know.”- Ray Hunt
El Rio Ranch
There is a 70 ft round pen that I see clients in. From the round pen you can take in the view and wide open space.
There are wide open spaces for future drumming circles with the horses, for yoga in the pasture with the horses fenced off with a portable wire fence and room to grow for all future endeavors.
There is a five bedroom home with 3 bathrooms for guests. We are 40 minutes from an International Airport and 30 mins from hotels to stay in for those coming Internationally and wishing to commute.
We are looking into an Indoor arena and 3 tiny houses to have on the property.
